- Meeting point for transportation is at the Chukka Island Village in Ocho Rios at 8:30 a.m. Failure to arrive on time may result in a missed opportunity to participate in one or more tours, without the possibility of a refund.

- Redemption Schedule:
- Tours are redeemable weekdays and weekends, subject to availability.
- Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 24 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.

- This Gustazo includes all the equipment necessary to complete the adventure.

- Please note that this tour requires a minimum number of guests to operate. Should this tour not be confirmed for your selected tour date, Chukka Adventures will make contact in advance to offer a rescheduled date or suitable alternative tour.
- Water tours are dependent on weather conditions and on rare ocassions maybe suspended.
- Minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years.
- River flow is seasonal.
- Bring: Water or closed-toe shoes, swimwear, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen (optional) and insect repellant (recommended), as well as cash/credit card for gifts, souvenirs or snacks.
- Lockers and aqua shoes are available for rental.
- Park may be crowded during peak times.
- Souvenirs & photos are available for sale.
- Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellations made at least 48 hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty. Any cancellation made within 24 hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Chukka Caribbean Adventures within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
