- Cancellation Policy: No cancellations, however an alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Cattleya Perfect 10 Med Spa. Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
- Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 20-Minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day.
- New dates and times, are subject to availability of slots. Late arrivals may attract a J$1,500 rebooking fee, to reschedule and confirm a new date/ time for appointments.
- Reservation changes without adequate notice (within 48 hrs. of appointment) may attract a J$1,500 rebooking fee.
- Rebooking fees are charges to secure a new date/ time, and is intended to compensate for the lost time slot that could have been filled by another client.
- Each service generally takes approximately 30-Minutes to 2-Hours and 30-Minutes.
