Appointment booking times are subject to availability and are required at least 24 hours in advance. Clients with certain medical conditions or contraindications, may not be eligible for certain treatments. Contact the spa before booking to see if a particular service is right for you.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations, however an alternate date and time can be arranged, at the discretion of Javanese Mind & Body Wellness Centre. Appointment changes must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
Services outside of the stated Gustazos promotion will attract an extra charge at the regular price and are payable directly to Javanese Mind & Body Wellness.
Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day. There will be a J$500 rebooking fee, to reschedule a new date/ time.
Each service generally takes approximately 30-Minutes to 1-Hour.
