- Teen Spa packages are only for male and female students aged 13 to 21 years old. ID required for students and parent/guardian before receiving service. Teenagers below 18 yrs (minors) should be accompanied by parent. Parents are not allowed in treatment room during the actual service, but no worries, they are in good capable hands at Shameka's Artistry.
- Parents/guardians of minors are encouraged to wait in the spacious and comfortable waiting area.

- Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellations, however an alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Shameka's Artistry.
- Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
- Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day. There will be a J$500 rebooking fee, to reschedule a new date/ time.
- Each service generally takes approximately 15 to 45 minutes.
