- Cancellation Policy: No cancellations, however an alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Nails by Michelle. Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
- Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day. There will be a J$500 rebooking fee to reschedule a new date/ time.
- A tip about tips: Gustazos customers are the best customers - they tip generously on the pre-discount bill.
