Clients with certain medical conditions or contraindications, may not be eligible for some treatments. Clients with open wounds, active infections, or recent sunburn in the treatment area are not eligible for the high-frequency treatment.

- Changes to appointment times and dates must be made within 48 hours of the appointment and are subject to availability.
- Late Fee and Grace Period
- Clients are given a 5 minute grace period to arrive at their appointment and are expected to communicate (via text, call or whatsapp) with the booking agent if they anticipate any delay in their arrival. Late arrival can result in cancellation, or rescheduling of the appointment based on our discretion and on a case by case basis. If they can accommodate the service, a late fee of J$1,000 may be applied. If service is rescheduled as a result of lateness, a rescheduling fee of J$1,000 will be charged.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation and reschedule request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. All payments are non-refunable and as such, every effort will be made to accommodate reschedule requests during the promotional period. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in J$1,000 rescheduling fee.
- J$1,000 Store Credit will be deducted off the combined subtotal cost of additional services/products added within the same appointment session. This does not include tax. Credits do not roll over if not used within the same appointment session.
- 20% discount towards future visit is valid for 1 use per Gustazo purchased, unless otherwise specified in the deal, and expires 2 months or 8 weeks from the date of initial Gustazo Redemption. Discount amount is against the full cost of the service and not the Gustazo promotional value.
- Clients agree to undergo services at their own risk and Just Sugar will not be held liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre/post-treatment instructions.
- Laser body part groups to choose from. Select one body part per area:
- Small - Chin, Upperlip, Sideburns, jawline, areola, belly line, cheeks, toes/feet, back of neck, lower neck.
- Medium - Bikini Line, Underarms, Inner Butt, Labia, Chest, Front of Neck/Beard, Lower Back, Shoulders.
- Large - Brazilian, Stomach, Half Legs, Half Arms, Buttocks, Upper Back.
- Clients interested in Laser Hair Removal are required to shave the treatment area 24 to 48 hours prior to the appointment to ensure optimal results. Failure to do so may result in additional fees for shaving or appointment rescheduling.
